Gondh Aata ladoo is extremely nutritious for kids. This dish is especially great during winters as it helps build resistance towards cold.


Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom - 12 medium size
  2. Gondh/ Natural Gum - 1/2 cup
  3. Whole wheat flour / aata - 2 cups
  4. Ghee - 1 cup
  5. Sugar - 1.25 cups
  6. Sprinkles (optional)
