Ingredients:
- Cucumber - 1 Cup
- Carrot - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato - 1/2 Cup
- Cilantro - 1/2 Cup
- Mozzarella Slice - 1
- Lemon Juice - 1.5 tsp
- Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation Steps:
- Chop all the veggies.
- Prepare the salad dressing - lemon juice, chilly powder and salt
- Mix all.
- Chop some mozzarella and mix that too.
Salad is ready!
