Quinoa is considered to be high in protein. It is also supposedly rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and potassium. Hence extremely beneficial for kids.
Inorder to make the pulao, I have taken whatever vegetables I had with me and also added some tofu to make this a super power packed meal for my daughter. Please do try it and I hope your kid likes it.
