Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
- Water - 2 Cups
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 tsp
Preparation Steps:
- Soak rice for 30mins.
- Post 30mins, discard the soaked water.
- Boil 2 cups water in a pan along with salt and oil.
- Transfer the soaked rice into the water.
- Once it starts boiling, turn off heat and cover the pot for about 10mins.
- Serve hot.
