- Milk - 4 Cups
- Avocado - 2 medium size
- Rosemary - 2 tsp
- Arrow root powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Preparation Steps:
- Boil milk in a pot so it reduces to half
- Add arrow root powder solution inorder to thicken the milk.
- Mix well.
- Add sugar and turn off the heat.
- Add rosemary leaves and mix again. Let it cool.
- Remove avocado flesh and mash it.
- Pour lemon juice inorder to prevent avocado from de-colorizing.
- Clean the avocado shell, wash it and keep it aside so we can use it for serving.
- Transfer the avocado flesh in a blender.
- Pour the prepared milk solution.
- Blend well to a fine paste. The sorbet mix is ready.
- Pour in the cleaned avocado shells and freeze. Serve chilled.
