Garlic Yogurt Dip for potato fries or pakoras

Ingredients:
  1. Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  2. Salt - to taste
  3. Pepper - to taste
  4. Dried Italian herbs - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garlic Powder / Fresh crushed garlic - 1/2 tsp
Preparation Steps:

  1. Take about 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  2. Add salt, garlic powder, pepper and dried Italian herbs
  3. Mix well.
  4. Keep it chilled in refrigerator until you wish to serve.
