Quinoa is an extremely healthy grain and I try my best to include this in my child's food routine. One day, I made quinoa pizza bites and daughter loved just the quinoa pizza base without any toppings. I was glad she liked that. And for my husband, I made this "Roasted Pepper Tahini Sauce Quinoa Snack Bite". He just loved it. It can be made as an appetizer for get togethers. Am sure your guests will love it too. Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare Roasted Pepper Tahini Sauce. 
  2. Prepare Quinoa Pizza Bites.
  3. Spread the roasted pepper tahini sauce on top of the baked quinoa pizza bite.
  4. Place chopped fresh corn and chopped cilantro on top of the tahini sauce carefully.
  5. Serve, eat and enjoy this vegetarian quinoa snack.
