Quinoa is an extremely healthy grain and I try my best to include this in my child's food routine. One day, I made quinoa pizza bites and daughter loved just the quinoa pizza base without any toppings. I was glad she liked that. And for my husband, I made this "Prawn Masala Quinoa Pizza Bite Snack". He just loved it. It can be made as an appetizer for get togethers. Am sure your guests will love it too. Please try it and let me know your thoughts. Thank you for reading.
