Kale is an extremely healthy green leafy vegetable. It is high in Vitamin C and calcium along with others. Its not so great to eat on its own so when combined with some fruits and a sweet sour vinaigrette, this salad tastes so yummy and ofcourse super healthy.
Ingredients:
- Kale leaves
- Grapes
- Pomegranate
- Fresh sweet corn
- Apple
- For dressing:
- Olive Oil
- Lemon - 2tsp
- Honey - 2tsp
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation Method:
- Wash all the vegetables and fruits and chop them finely.
- Mix the dressing ingredients with the chopped vegetables and fruits.
The Kale Salad is ready !
