Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 1 cup
- Cumin - 2tsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation Method:
- Wash the rice.
- Heat oil in a pot and add cumin, salt and the washed rice.
- Add 1.75 cup boiling water to the above.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pan.
- Mix the rice after sometime carefully so the grains don't break.
Cumin Rice is now ready!
