Quinoa is an extremely healthy grain and I try my best to include this in my child's food routine. One day, I made quinoa pizza bites and daughter loved just the quinoa pizza base without any toppings. I was glad she liked that. And for my husband, I made this "Roasted Pepper Tahini Sauce Quinoa Snack Bite". He just loved it. It can be made as an appetizer for get togethers. Am sure your guests will love it too. Please try it and let me know your thoughts. Thank you for reading.

This Nutty Flaxseed Energy Bites are indeed an extremely healthy energy bite for kids and for adults as well. I have used peanut butter and honey instead of sugar. I have also used flaxseed, nuts and cardamom. You could anything available in your kitchen and make these energy bites for your kids. If your child eats one bite per day, it will be a great addition to their health.
Initially, my daughter didn't like it because the flaxseed seem to over-power but after a few weeks, she did seem to like it. So please do try it and let me know your experiences. Thank you for reading.
