Ingredients:
- Semolina - 1 Cup
- Desiccated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Raisin - 1/4 Cup
- Cashew - 1/4 Cup
- Ghee / Clarified Butter - 1/2 Cup
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
Preparation Method:
- Roast Cashews in clarified butter until it turns light brown in color.
- Add raisins and mix till it puffs up Add semolina as soon as raisins puff up. Else raisins will cook more and will become bitter.
- Mix nicely till you get a nice aroma from the semolina.
- Add the grated dried coconut and mix well until it turns light brown and a nice aroma comes.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add a few tsp of milk so it will help in binding the mixture while making laddoo/balls.
- Make as small or as big ladoos you wish. Enjoy!
