Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 1 Cup
- Carrot- 1/4 Cup
- Onion - 1/4 Cup
- Yellow Split Lentils - 1/4 Cup
- Garlic -1 clove
- Whole black pepper - 6
- Whipped Cream - 2 tsp
- Italian Seasoning Mix - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation Steps:
- Chop the pumpkin, carrot and onion into smaller chunks.
- Put the chopped veggies, garlic, lentil, whole black pepper and water in a pressure cooker.
- Cook until 6-7 whistles or about 10mins on high flame.
- Let it cool.
- Pour the mixture in a blender and grind to a smooth paste.
- Heat a pot on high flame.
- Melt little butter and pour the blended paste in the pot.
- Add the whipped cream or milk. Add more water if required.
- Add some italian seasoning
- Turn off the stove once the mixture is about to boil.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
