No Yeast Semolina Mini Pizza for Kids

I have always had pizza made with all purpose flour and yeast. I wanted to make pizzas quickly so wanted to avoid yeast. Also, since this is for my daughter, I wanted to make it as healthy as possible so I thought of adding semolina flour also. I am so pleased with the outcome because it was extremely soft and my daughter was able to eat it easily. Please try it and hope you like it too.

You might have heard lot of pregnant girls hogging because they feel that they need to eat for 2. My doctor said that this is not right. My doctor also said that pregnant girls should eat only how much ever their stomach demands. The key however is that whatever they eat must be absolutely healthy and homemade preferably so its as clean/hygienic as possible.
MY DIET DURING PREGNANCY WAS AS FOLLOWS:

Tofu is highly nutritious (high in protein, iron and calcium) and hence extremely healthy for growing kids. My daughter likes Parathas so I thought of mixing tofu along with an attempt to make it more nutritious. Its very simple and quick recipe. You could make extra and store the batter in refrigerator for later use. Please do try it and let me know how it went with your kid :-)
