Mango is very nutritious and high is calories and perfect for kids. So, I came up with the mango milkshake and used homemade apple sauce as a substitute for sugar. It is packed with nutrition and quite filling. So just a perfect food for kids who are fussy eaters. Enjoy!





Ingredients:
Mango Pulp - 1/2 cup
Whole Milk -  1/2 cup
Homemade Apple Sauce - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
